An evocative musical performance inspired by reflections on the sea and belonging

Olivier Cong presents a performance created in collaboration with author Hon Lai-chu that combines original music and texts contemplating freedom, unrest, belonging and the sea. Evoking the life and scars of a city, the magical performance combines Cong’s restrained and melancholy musical style with Hon’s dark, reflective prose. The instrumental performance is accompanied by a specially produced free zine of Hon’s writing that audiences can dip into as they watch the show.

江逸天與韓麗珠與自由空間樂團，以文字、音樂及即興演奏交織海的意象，在被海圍繞的自由空間內，譜寫一次由海啟發、關於自由與設限、動蕩與歸屬的音樂會。韓麗珠為這次演出寫成的文字，將會收入一本只於今次音樂會發行的特製書誌。
